This is a full-body workout designed for one to complete when life does not permit a gym session. This workout can be done at home, the office, a parking lot, or when you are trying to sober up in your jail cell. During these uncertain times, we have to adapt, overcome, and thrive. After you complete a block, you will move on to the following block. Your rest periods are built into the workout. You will complete blocks 1-3, 3 times. If you are unable to perform an exercise please modify or grin and bear it, it sucks for all of us. Go ahead and grab your H2O, some sneakers, and get ready for the smoke show.
