Rest:

Savages, chill out! Although we love getting after it, we are still mortals and require rest. Sometimes we over extend our physical and mental capabilities, causing us to not function at our optimal level. I am fully responsible of this. Don't be the dude, that is to hard and salty to recharge the battery. Those guys are asshats and double back later in life, because they have turned their body into jello. We have to remember our body is our temple, so we should treat it as such. Meaning, if you pound a twelve pack you should probably do some cardio after. Just joking guys.
